Chars should get cmdlog by the time they are of a high enough level to be "picked on" by high levels. As it stands now, they must either be level 20 when they're not really considered a low level, or somebody else must be online and willing to do the cmdlog for them. More abuses would be reported if lower levels could report them themselves.

I'm willing to consider lowering the level requirements.

I agree.....maybe level 10 or 15. But it's pretty hard to report someone for something like' high levels picking on low levels' if the low level can't post anything helpful.

Even with fewer online at a given time, there should still be people online at most times that can do a log for a lower level, if necessary.
