It reduces the chance of a tell or gossip from Pol being being heard by you. This is a highly rare and coveted magical effect. :)

I thought svp was 'save vs paralysis.' I had previously assumed that this and svb were not actually implemented and merely counted as svs. I have no evidence of this -- only old, old rumor.

Last I know, we had no svp in game....there is svs, svb, and svr (Save vs Rod)
