Increased mental focus: Level 6 : Passive/Automatic once learned.
Increases spell casting ability by 1/3 of levels gained past 5.
Increased mental capacity: Level 10 : Passive : Increases Mana
regen rate +1 per 4 levels.
Magical item experience: level 18: Passive/active : Allows you
to pick ONE (1) type of magical item you can't already use.
Wand, Scroll, Staff, Fetish. (Relics this won't work because it
is by divine power....but may allow 'dual classed clerics' to
focus through the item now.) Usage based on ability level,
similar to Sphere Use.
Backup cast: Level 25 : Passive : Allows you to cast a 'second'
of a protective spell that will activate once the 'first' is
dispelled or falls due to ticks.
Outward Focus: Level 29 : Allows you to cast a 'self only spell'
on another person. HIGH Failure rate (75%+)

I believe those 5 things would make an 'effective 50 spell caster'
a TRUE eff 50 spellcaster. I really think that these things are all
someone would need in order to be able to neutralize swing and make
spells far more useful, both in protective senses and offensive.

Now, since spells ARE better for the rest of us, I'm happy with that. But I still want to see level 40/50 solo classes hehehe :>
Well, obviouly, levels would need to be adjusted. But, yeah :P
