If a follower is neutral lawful or chaotic apparently doesn't affect game play.
How about putting in some new spells for chaos and law.
Law could have several skills like "arrest" a good character can take criminals away to the slammer while bad guys can lock them in dungeons, maybe an alternative to "LOL you died\sac all.corpse"
If the barbarian class was ever put in why not have them be chaotic only. Have a berserk skill for chaotic evil or a romance skill for chaotic goods.
Chaotic good and lawful evil are essentially the same mechanically as regular good and evil. However a lawful good would never act like a chaotic good and a chaotic evil really shouldn't act like a lawful evil.
Sure this whole thing is a bit against the grain when some bigger things need to go down, the newbie zones for thugs, new hometowns, 4x, bard refinery and especially stat balanceing. Please, the mud would be better having a any of the differentiating changes.
Sorry for wasting anyone's time if you feel that good is good and evil is evil.
